Educational Program Organization

As a main organizer of the 2026 IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society Summer School on Quantum Cybernetics and AI, I helped shape the program from concept to delivery. The summer school is an in-person event at Nanjing University from April 17-20, 2026, designed for early-career researchers including senior undergraduates, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows.

• Defined the core theme around quantum cybernetics, AI, and the connection between Systems, Man, and Cybernetics principles, quantum technologies, and machine learning.
• Contributed to funding and resource planning that supports student participation, including arrangements described on the official page for selected participants.
• Designed the educational structure of the program, including lectures by invited experts, keynote sessions, and the overall learning flow across the four-day schedule.
• Helped identify and invite speakers whose expertise spans intelligent systems, AI, quantum computing, and quantum cybernetics.
• Supported publicity, application coordination, and participant organization, including communication with applicants and planning for student attendance and logistics.
